I pretty much agree with your points. I think Higginbottom will be useful if he manages to stay on the park! Wedderburn is slow but strong and has a good eye for a pass. McCabe could be useful too but I am not sure if he can cut the mustard when the boots get flying. The forward line is a bit lightweight and relies too much on fast passing and speed. That is important but we need an aerial outlet and a bit more muscle. The defence I think will be pretty sound. They are still getting used to playing with Ashcroft who I think will start to command them. The main thing that worries me is the threadbare squad. If we are doing well come February we may struggle as suspensions and injuries /tiredness start to have an effect. We might squeak 4th but only if we have luck with injuries, get a big fairly fast, good, striker and a few more players of good quality in particularly in midfield/attack.
